End-of-Life (EOL): The Mediant 2000 has officially reached EOL status.
Software Support: As of December 31, 2025, software support for units using MEGACO, MGCP, or SS7 protocols has ended.
Recommended Migration: Users are encouraged to migrate to the Mediant 3100 for continued SIP protocol support.
Capacity: 1 Digital T1/E1 span (RJ-48c) supporting up to 30 concurrent voice channels.
VoIP Protocols: Supports SIP, H.323, MEGACO, and MGCP.
